Mindfulness (MBSR) taught to individuals, corporations, doctors, therapists, health care workers, seniors and others, through 8 week courses, support groups, retreats, talks and presentations facilitated by Diana Shimkus, LCSW. As a senior teacher Diana leads a Meditation Group, Encinitas Mindfulness Community.
